Grisons cuisine like at Tatta. The Capalari on Crap Sogn Gion is known for its Graubünden specialities such as pizokels, capuns or a warming barley soup, naturally made according to grandmother's recipe. It is the ideal place to take a break and soak up some sun rays after the countless experiences on the mountain.
The Segneshütte, one of the oldest mountain huts in the region at an altitude of 2'100 meters above sea level, is located in the middle of the tectonic arena Sardona on the lower Segnesboden. From the sun terrace you can admire the Glarner main overthrust with the Tschingelhörner and the Martinsloch.
The Stalla at 1980 meters above sea level can be reached either by foot, by bike or with the Nagens Shuttle. Swiss delicacies are served all year round in the comfortably converted cowshed. On weekends it is especially worthwhile to go to the Stalla, because the Bure Z'Morge with cheese directly from the alp is unique.
The Restaurant Conn can be reached from Flims, Laax or Trin on foot, by bike or even by horse-drawn carriage on various routes. Let yourself be spoiled by the regional delicacies in the sun and try the unique Trinser pear ravioli.

In the afternoon we change, together with the sun, to the terrace of the Tegia Miez on the "Laaxer" side. With coffee and cake you enjoy the impressive panorama and let the sun shine to your face. Enjoy a delicious "Tegia Miez platter" with Bündnerfleisch, farmers bacon and rustic bread, or discover the local butcher's art with a bite of the hearty Ilanzer cheese sausage.
Make yourself comfortable on the terrace of the restaurant Vista with a wonderful panoramic view and enjoy your meal. Convince yourself of the excellent cuisine, awarded with 14 Gault Millau points, and let yourself be inspired by the golf course next door.
Ustria Parlatsch is located in Trin Mulin. Enjoy yourself on the sunny outdoor terrace with regional dishes and try the homemade specialities like Capuns and Trinser Raviuls.
On the terrace of the Tegia Curnius at 1644 meters above sea level you can enjoy grisons specialties such as Capuns, Maluns, Salsiz, dried meat from the region, mountain cheese or barley soup.
Above the "Hangar" the "Satellite Bar" invites you to enjoy the sun in the fresh air. If you want to let off steam first, this is the place to be. In the GALAAXY park you can try your ninja skills, jump on airbags or show your tricks in the skate park. In between you can enjoy a tasty snack from the Satellite Bar.
