What is a guest card, and who is eligible?
Overnight guests and second-home owners in Flims Laax Falera benefit from discounts and special offers. Guests from Sagogn or Trin have slightly different benefits. For more details, please contact the guest information office in your vacation community.

Where do I get the guest card?
Your host will provide the guest card upon your arrival. If this does not happen, please contact the guest information office.

Paper card vs. digital guest card
The digital guest card is activated through the LAAX App and offers additional benefits. However, you can also use the paper card if you prefer.

Can the QR code be used multiple times?
No, the QR code can only be used once. A guest card is valid for up to 10 people and a maximum of 3 weeks.
Please indicate the number of guests either digitally or on the paper card.

Where do I get my owner guest card?
You can obtain it online or at your municipality's guest information office.
Expired cards can be replaced on-site. If lost, you can request a new card online or at the guest information office.

How many owner guest cards do I receive?
The number depends on the size of your vacation property.

Where can official landlords and second-home owners get guest cards for their guests?
Via an online form or at the guest information office. These cards are valid for up to 3 weeks from the time of activation and can only be activated once. One card is valid for up to 10 people. The issuance of these cards is recorded.

How long is the owner guest card valid?
The digital card is valid until 2099, as long as eligibility is maintained. Paper cards are valid annually from November to October.

How is personal data protected?
Data is processed according to the privacy policy of the Weisse Arena Group, transmitted securely, and deleted upon request ([email protected]).
