The Segnes Trek is an alpine 6-day long-distance hike with varied stages and nature highlights such as the Segnesböden, Tschingelhörnern and the Strudeltöpfen on Alp Mora. The hike starts in Reichenau am Rhein and leads via the Ringelspitzhütte to Bargis, on to the Segnespass, into Glarnerland to the Martinsmadhütte and back via the Segneshütte to Flims.
On the Sardona World Heritage Trail you can experience the UNESCO World Heritage Tectonic Arena Sardona up close. Nowhere else in the world are the phenomena of mountain formation more visible than in the border area of the cantons of St. Gallen, Glarus and Graubünden. Challenging, 84 km long multi-day tour that can be completed in stages.
The Surselva is more than a mountain valley. The Surselva – which translates from German as "above the forest" – is a world of its own, with its own language, the Romansh Sursilvan. The Senda Sursilvana leads through an intact landscape, but it also arouses cultural-historical curiosity, be it through the paintings in the Reformed church of Waltensburg or in view of the enigmatic menhirs near Falera. The culmination of four varied days of hiking is a tour of the old town of Chur, Switzerland's oldest city.
Pilgrims on the Way of St. James have been documented in Graubünden since the 12th century.
