If you like to keep your bag as light as possible while hiking through our beautiful forests or mountains, then our Woods & Water and Mountain & Views culinary trails are perfect for you. On these trails, you will hike from restaurant to restaurant, where you will be rewarded with local culinary delights after each stage. On our culinary trails, we combine indulgence, activity and nature to create an unforgettable experience.
One trail – three venues. On our culinary trail "Forest and Water", you will get to know both the culinary attractions and natural attractions of our region. You start off in Flims Waldhaus, where you can savour your first course in the Bistro Kaufmannfrauen. Then you make your way past Lake Cauma and along the Rhine gorge to Conn, where you can tuck into your main course. After a short detour to the Il Spir viewing platform, you will stop for dessert at the restaurant on Lake Cresta before returning to Flims via the impressive Felsbach gorge.

Your journey begins in the idyllic village of Laax, where the Buna luna restaurant welcomes you with a selection of delicious cakes and an aromatic coffee or tea. From here, the trail leads along the picturesque Laax lake up to Tegia Larnags, where you are served a delicious starter.
Continue along the award-winning "Trutg dil Flem" hiking trail, which takes you to the charming Startgels restaurant. An exquisite main course awaits you there, leaving nothing to be desired. To stimulate your digestion, continue on your way and climb up to the Foppa mountain restaurant, where you will be surprised with a tempting dessert and a refreshing drink.
If you wish, you can take the mountain railway down from here to Flims in comfort (not included in the price).
