On about 100 kilometres of hiking and walking trails you can walk through our winter destination. Our entire network of winter hiking trails is marked and regularly prepared for you. You have the choice between a short walk, a full day, a leisurely walk or a snowshoe hike - you decide according to your mood.

In Flims Laax, Nordic walking fans have three different circuits to choose from. The signposted routes on the walking trail from Helsana-Swiss-Running provide information about techniques, exertion level and coordination. You can also catch impressive views of Lake Cauma and the Rhine gorge. The Nordic walking routes start and finish at the Prau La Selva sports centre in Flims.
