Jules Spinatsch - Lian.Laax Double 360 Solo Free Grab

n Laax Murschetg, Graubünden artist Jules Spinatsch set up a computer-controlled camera that created a 360° panorama from almost a thousand individual images over the course of several hours. After releasing the shutter, the artist left the image production to a programmed machine. He used the same process in a square in Lianzhou, a small town in southern China. The panoramic installation is an aesthetic delight and invites you to think about images and cultural boundaries and to reflect on the interactions between society, politics, freedom and personal identity.
